The very best thing you can do for your kids...

is love your wife.

I heard that saying on someone's facebook status a while ago and I totally agree with it.

Tonight was a turning point. Well, I hope so anyways. After a long emotional day of fighting, arguing, and talking...heck a long month actually...my husband did it. He agreed and promised to commit...to give it EVERYTHING he has. Now, I have my doubts obviously. Trusting him again will be so hard. But, as I've said many times I love this man. Through all of this I still love him. I have no clue how we're going to get through this but I'm willing to do whatever it takes. My kids deserve this. I just hope he meant what he said because I can't take any more hurt. I am emotionally exhausted and have hit rock bottom.

If you believe in God please say a prayer for my husband and I. Or at least send a positive thought our way. This is going to be hard but worth it if we can make it through. Thanks everyone for the amazing comments and all of the support. All of your comments mean so much to me!

  5. I am proud of you for fighting for this, even though it sounds like he has done/said some things that maybe mean he doesn't deserve another chance. But YOU are stepping up and trying to do the best thing for your kids, and I really sincerely hope and pray that he comes around, sticks to his commitment and your marriage can be stronger in the long run.

  7. In the least, he's promising to try, which he didn't have to but I'm glad you two are giving it another shot. I love you and I'm always here if you need to talk; remember, I've been through this too.
