Donut & Weekly Weigh In
It's that time again...so here goes. First of all I want to remind you that I lost 8 pounds before starting this so the chart is off by 8 pounds. I started at 178 and weighed in this morning at 157!! That is a 5 pound loss for the week and I have now lost more than 5% of my body weight!! Next goal is to hit 10% which would put me at 153!! I feel REALLY good about this week. All of my jeans are too big which is such a great feeling! Plus I even had fast food twice this week and still lost 5 pounds! It's nice to know I'm not having to kill myself to lose weight!!! So now I only have 22 more pounds to lose which at the rate I'm going shouldn't take too long!!!
Now onto my donut...Pretty cool that's it's more than half over!!!
